Use HARVEST in Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants
The HARVEST connector lets owners of property in Germany manage and value their property from their AI assistant: register an apartment or house, get an online market value from the Sprengnetter automated valuation model, follow the valuation history and book a sale consultation with a HARVEST advisor. Buyers can match homes against their saved search, see their saved homes, search HARVEST's new-build and resale homes and estimate purchase costs. The assistant answers in the language you write in.

Setup
Connect HARVEST
- ClaudeSettings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Enter HARVEST as the name, paste the URL above and click Connect. Once the connector is listed in the Claude directory you can also add it from there.
- ChatGPTAdd the connector from the ChatGPT app directory, or in developer mode add a custom MCP server with the URL above and OAuth authentication.
- Other AI toolsIn any client that supports remote MCP servers, add a Streamable HTTP server with the URL above.
- Sign in and allowThe first connection opens the HARVEST consent page. Sign in to your HARVEST customer account (or create one), choose whether the assistant may only read your account or also act for you, and click Allow.

Permissions and privacy
What the assistant can see and do
With read access the assistant sees your saved search requirements and matching homes, your saved homes and your registered properties with their valuations. If you also allow it to act for you, it can register or update a property and start valuations on your instruction. It cannot delete properties, change your account details or password, and it does not see your email address or phone number. Data from your account is sent to the AI provider only to answer your questions and is then subject to that provider's privacy policy. You can disconnect an assistant at any time under “Connected AI assistants” in your customer account. Details are in our privacy policy (German).
Please note: a valuation is an automated market value reference, not a sale price or a formal valuation report (Verkehrswertgutachten). Prices, availability and completion dates change and are confirmed by a HARVEST advisor. Answers are not legal, tax or loan-approval advice. The connector does not list your property for sale and does not take payments.
